I. How to delete an account in the game Sniper Army

To delete your account, you need to email us at [email protected] from the Google or Apple account that is linked to your account in the game.

Subject line: Account deletion request

In the letter you need to specify:

• Your in-game ID (in Settings→Information)
• Your in-game Secret key (in Settings→Information)
• Your nickname in the game
• Mail (which is linked to your account)

II. What data we store and delete

We store and delete the following data at your request:

• Mail (if you have linked a Google account)
• Google ID (if you have linked a Google account)
• Apple ID (if you have an Apple account)
• Name (if you have linked a Google account or Apple account)
• Your nickname
• Your chat messages
• Your IP (to ensure high quality gameplay and prevent cheating)
• Profile information (such as your profile picture)
• Information you provide when you contact our support team for help (e.g. chat notes and support requests)
• Other information you provide (e.g., information needed to identify a lost account)
• Information about your devices that you use to play the game
• Other relevant details to enhance your experience

This data is stored for as long as the game is functional or until you request its deletion via mail: [email protected]

Data deletion will take place within 30 business days of the confirmation email sent to you in response to your request for data deletion. A confirmation letter will be sent to you if you have provided all the data correctly when sending the data deletion request letter.
